"On time, courteous, respectful, friendly. Both men were on their A-game, performed check-up on both outside heatpump and attic air handler. I was a former customer of Baker Bros. on their monthly "family plan", and they always found something wrong to "jack-up" the bill. Just something about young techs on commission and honesty. I think the temptation to be greedy is just too great."
