"I did hire this company to fix my heating problem. Service was awesome! David from DR Air and Heat Services responded within minutes of my request for help. My heater went out in my home. The outside unit was iced over. I had no emergency heat. David determined that I had the wrong thermostats in my home. He quickly replaced and programmed the thermostats. He found a rusty water tray in my attic that was overflowing and rusty. The air filtration system was damaged and he is going to help me avoid a potential disastrous situation, had he not found this now. The water tray was overflowing and rusted. Mold was growing. I have heat tonight! Tomorrow or Saturday I will have a whole new system for a reasonable price. He is going to replace the tray and not charge for one of the thermostats (shhhh.). This is going to be a great experience. David is personable, explains things well and is an asset to this company. I cannot wait to get this taken care of. "I needed a dryer vent cleaning after 18 years of uninterrupted operation. After getting 5 pro duct cleaning services from Angi's List, I called them all and received various responses, including virtual quotes and Manny and one other vendor offered to come out and do an onsite inspection. Manny came the next day and proceeded to inspect in a very professional and courteous manner to provide me with a quote to clean all duct vents in my house. He missed one duct but insisted on giving me the quote without that duct included. He proceeded to complete the cleaning even after having to replace his cleaning machine due to a failure. The end result was a pleasant experience for me in dealing with a problem I had never encountered before. "

"I can't say enough good things about these guys! They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing AC issues. They are honest, hard-working, and reasonable...nice to see that still exists in some AC companies."

"Rescue Air did a great job installing my new A/C system yesterday. They arrived with a crew of 5 guys who were well-prepared, energetic, and ready to get the job done. They were extremely thorough. I have two A/C systems in my house. Although they were only replacing one, they performed minor enhancements on the other to extend its life and performance. I paid good money for my new system, but I am firm believer in "you get what you paid for" and I feel that I received great value for my money."
