"The entire process from getting a price, to getting more detailed information on the windows to the final installation was incredibly easy and professional. I submitted a request for quote to 4 companies along with pictures and dimensions. Zen windows was the only company that responded. Andrew was extremely helpful in the decision process and educating me on the Soft Lite windows. JR came out measured the windows and thank goodness he and his team did the installation. They were immaculate in their work and the attention to detail with the capping and caulking was awesome. Our home looks great with these new windows, thanks to the entire Zen team. "We recently bought a new house, and needed a few smaller repairs done, along with a huge privacy fence installed for our dogs. Aaronson Repairs was very prompt with their response to our inquiry. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well so I always knew what to expect. The small repairs were completed almost immediately, and the fence was completed as soon as the material came in. The guys who came worked really hard, and the fence was complete ahead of schedule. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work. We got wood fencing along the sides of our yard, and aluminum fencing along the back. It looks better than I could have imagined. They were even thoughtful enough to ask whether our dogs were diggers, and helped to reinforce the bottoms of the fence. We will be calling for our next renovation project, and would highly recommend them to others."

"When American Jewel installed the door I gave them A grades as I thought they did an excellent job.  But after using the door for a few weeks I noticed the dead bolt didn't close completely, but only about 2/3, and also noticed the screen door was no longer aligned properly, so although it closed and looked right, the door was slightly off and it would no longer lock.  I called American Jewel and they scheduled the installer to return and make the minor corrections.  The installer did not show up.  When I called American Jewel again, they did not return my calls. I complained to Angie's List, and via their complaint resolution process American Jewel contacted me.  They were very apologetic and attributed it to a mix up, accepted responsibility and sent the installer to my home to make the minor corrections.  I would use American Jewel again, despite this hiccup, as my wife and I like the door they installed, feel we received excellent value, and ultimately American Jewel followed through on the minor problems I described and corrected them all."

"They did an excellent job and did it quickly. The contractors came at 8:00 A.M. and put in three new doors (one inside and two outside). All of the work was 1:30 which included two new locks on the inside door. They were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. I will have them do all of my exterior work and call them again and again."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"The first group went pretty well, only a minor issue or so which we then were prepared to avoid in the second installation. But, the second group was not the same experience and if we would have known this, we would have gone with another company who sold the same window. There were issues from being hounded to upgrade this group to having to contact the company as communication was poor once the order was placed to final payment questions and now a total blowing off the problem. There are product problems from a screen which was cut during installation which was promised to get a replacement in a few weeks to two window sections that have a coating issue which nothing has been done at all about resolving this. It is now 5 weeks and the last communication was a couple weeks ago that the screen was not in yet which we had to continuing try to get a response from the owner Rod McCullough just for this information. Rod needs to stand behind the products he sells and realize customers do not want to hear about his internal problems."
