"They divided the house in two sections, living room, kitchen, and family room were first (that's where the hardwood was) and the bedrooms were second. When they were working on the wood floors, they found out that the subfloor had to be restored as well, which increased the price a little bit more. This is something they had no way to know until they actually started doing the repairs, so it's something homeowners should be prepared for. After all those repairs were done, everything went very well. They started the sanding part and then the refinishing. We actually found out that they use green products in their projects, which we loved because they are better for your health and the environment. We decided to go natural, so no stains were applied on the floors. They did an amazing job restoring those wood floors, they were as shiny as if they were just installed brand new. Major pros for that. After that was finished, they proceeded to do the polishing of the marble. I think that was less complicated because they did it really fast and very good quality here too. Because of the size of the projects, they installed the quarter rounds we bought for free. Organization is a pro in this company. In addition, hey are very accessible, always answering emails and phone calls, so you won't have any problems communicating with them.  "

"AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. We met with many contractors before we sat down with John to discuss our plans and before Dustin came to our house to start the remodel. I can honestly say that we were lucky in hiring them. These days it is difficult to find a skilled much less honest contractor to perform even simple jobs. When you add the knowledge and experience they have I believe it would be very difficult to match. Their work ethic is what some of us would refer to as old school. Again this is something you can appreciate after you meet with enough other companies and realize how many impostors there are in Dade County. "Initial contact was through email. Received prompt response on the next business day. Rep was able to email me several option to replace the front doors of my home. Settled on Aluminum impact doors. Got a couple of competing quotes and decided to go with D&D. Paid the deposit, had the doorway measured, and was told when the doors were ready I would be contact for an install. Within two weeks, they were ready to install the next Monday. Install went smoothly but I did have some minor issues I wanted corrected. D&D worked with me on each item and only when I was satisfied was I asked for final payment. I know I will be updrading windows and other doors in the future and will be sure to use D&D.

"We were worried working with a contractor long distance. We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! We could not be happier with how our kitchen and baths were transformed. The rental agent who handles our property was so impressed with the results he plans to recommend Project Masters to other owners who are considering remodeling. "Excellent work! Marvin came on the day requested to see and evaluate the job and give us a quote of the final cost. He arrived as promised the next day to begin work and removed the wall of mirrors in the living room efficiently and safely, with no pieces falling to the floor. Next he sanded and smoothed the wall, repaired the opening in the wall between two rooms with sheet rock and applied a spackling compound matching the texture to that on the other walls of the rooms. He returned the following day to apply two coats of paint, undercoat and final. This job took the better part of two days and Marvin did the work with skill and precision and cleaned up at the end. We will definitely contact MJ Solis Company for our next remodeling job and highly recommend his services to others."
