"Very professionally completed my walk-in shower with safety bars, pull down seat, etc. Friendly, great on cleanup, and determined to satisfy customer."

"They did a very nice job. Only suggestion would be to make sure they turn off lights and close doors daily when they leave to be considerate of electrical cost and bugs coming in the house with garage door to the kitchen left open overnight."

"Freeman Repairs did an incredible job! They completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I feel they went above and beyond, making multiple trips to my property to make sure things dried correctly and that the project had the right finished look. Would absolutely rehire."

"Well done but chose to use another contractor for actual work."

"LITN did a great job on one of my rental properties in Mt Pleasant. The owner, Nick, was a nice guy and gave us an accurate estimate upfront with no games. Big thanks to him and his crew for the professional work. Will hire again."

"Preferred Home Services installed a brand new Split unit HVAC system including ductwork. They were fast efficient extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing before during and after they did it. Most importantly they cleaned up afterwards, to the point you couldn't even tell they were here. I also had them install a brand new water heater while they were at it. Everything is brand new and up to code I am very pleased. Thank you Angie's List for the referral. I will consider Preferred Home Services as my go-to from now on for my HVAC and water heater."

"Wonderful! His craftsmanship is superb. He makes sure things get done the correct way and takes pride in everything he does. He’s a family man that gives honest feedback & pricing. He is the only contractor I trust."

"We are thrilled with the quality of Nick's work. He installed two new trapezoidal picture windows in our living room to give us more light. That involved cutting the wall, rerouting electrical lines, replacing the vinyl siding on the exterior, and installing and painting the trim around the windows inside the house. The entire project was done in a day. The price was very reasonable, and we will recommend this company to our neighbors who are considering the same type of remodeling job. The duo that did the work were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and very professional. We highly recommend Unique Building and Remodeling!"

"All the positive reviews are absolutely spot on. You couldn't ask for nicer people. They showed up early, knew exactly what they were doing, and charged a very reasonable price. The job was called "handymen," but I think that's underselling it a bit. They opened up my ceiling, installed a new beam, replaced the drywall, spackled it, painted it, and mounted a heavybag. I wanted this thing to be done right, and was it ever. They cleaned up and finished ahead of schedule. You need something done well? Call them!"

"This company was unable to help me with servicing my window units, as they only service HVAC units.
