"Went fine, on time, work done appropriately. Not cheap but well worth it. I bought their service agreement so they will be coming out in December to service the heater. I have several friends who are also using them. Can't remember what I paid but I did check around first and decided to go with them because of recommendations.."

"Great service tech. replaced a capacitor and got us up and got us running. Cleaned the unit as well. Joined the Shamrock Club. WATCH OUT FOR THE FREE PLUMBING INSPECTION!! Was an excuse to try and sell us a new hot water system for $10,500.00. Service is good ... say no to Plumbing Inspection"
