He came out the next day and gave us a quote and didn't happen to have the parts on hand (we have an OLD house), but said he'd get back to us as soon as he could, even though he was fully booked for the week. He came back the next day and worked through lunch (thank you Vlad!) to get it done. And thank goodness -- the pipe actually split apart in his hands. If we'd left it much longer it might have blown and flooded our basement!!!"

"Aces Four installed a sewer cleanout and hydrojetted my sewer line to clean what was diagnosed as "soft blockage". They did this for half the cost of another bid, and also ran a sewer scope. I was very pleased with this work. However, the sewer scope revealed another issue further down the line causing slow draining. Because of water in the line they were not able to make a definitive diagnosis, and the blockage was too far to reach with a snake. Still, they recommended digging out the line at about $8,000. Later I found another plumber willing to attach two snakes together to clear that blockage. After that was cleared, sewer scope revealed cracks/holes that can be sealed without digging out the line for under $4,000. On one hand I really appreciate the job they did for me, and I can understand that they could not make a proper diagnosis with the water in the line. But they did not offer alternative solutions, so I had to call someone else to figure out the issue. Still, I would call them in the future, and in fact just recently did that."

"It was difficult to diagnose, but these folks who came did a great job. They were thoughtful, respectful, and knowledgeable about what to do. They considered different options to save me money. They accomplished what needed to be done quickly. They snaked the pipes first from an access in the basement, which did not work; then looked with a camera. Found one blockage; dug down 5 feet outside the house; installed some pvc pipes there to replace old concrete, and installed a clean-out there above ground so the basement would not flood again; then from there flushed the sewer with a power washer which released the flow, but it's expected to be happening again. I appreciated their professional service, and although it was expensive, I know they tried their best to do a good job and save me money as best they could."

They drained the leaking tank and re-routed the pipes so we could continue to use the one tank. Later that week they came back and replace the other 15 year old tank with 1 high efficiency and a circulator pump. Rick and crew were awesome! We will use them again for any plumbing needs."

"They messed around for about 2 hours and final tried to snake the pipe off the kitchen drain. There was an obvious blockage so bad that the snake couldn't budge it. (so they said). They said that I needed to replace the pipes to the tune of $4800.00. They then handed me a bill for $400 for services rendered. They left and I now have a larger problem than when first they arrived. Appears that when they put the snake down, it interrupted the clog and now beside water, I have this black smelly flakes coming up the drains in my sinks. I called the company the next day and asked to speak to Zack (their plumber). I wanted to ask him for a price to just replace a section of the pipe. Well, he never returned my call. I assumed that Innovative did not want my business. I would not call them for help again. My pipes are being replaced as I speak. Oh, this plumber is charging one third of their bid. So take this review and really consider it before you hire them."

"Sound Pumbing did an A+ job. What I initially thought was only a small water leak led to discovery of a broken sump pump which led to discovery of incorrect piping from the pump to the yard. Donald Button was great! Friendly, professional and worked hard replacing pipe outside in a crazy rainstorm, cheerfully even. He fixed all 3 of my problems and everything is running smoothly now. I definitely recommend."
