Tea and George have so much pride in their workmanship that they were visibly frustrated when trying to deal with the many imperfections of my house (uneven walls, floors, and corners), out of concern that it might diminish their perfectly constructed unit. But they patiently and creatively worked through all of the issues and the final product is gorgeous. And when I decided to change the design mid-construction to add built-in lights, they were able to accommodate me. They then accommodated me again by modifying the shelves to make them glass framed in wood so that the light would shine through. The result is stunning. I had a different carpenter handle some built-ins in a different part of my house, but then I chose Tea and George for this project. The difference in experiences was night and day. Art Woodstone's workmanship was much higher quality; the devil is in the details, such as how visible seams are. They were also much easier to work with and more responsive. It was evident that they would not have considered the job complete until not only I was completely satisfied, but until they were completely satisfied with every detail."

"The project went really well and was completed in 4 weeks. CRG quickly painted and updated my entire apartment to repair plaster and woodwork and general repairs. In addition, they renovated my kitchen and were creative with solutions to increase storage in a tiny apartment. I was impressed with how considerate they were in keeping everything as clean as possible. CRG provided beautiful wood cabinets and quartz countertops that look like marble. I found the price very fair, quality amazing. CRG also guarantees their work for one year. I would definitely use CRG again as they're better than the previous three contractors whom I hired to do similar work in this and a previous condo. I'm so happy in my "new" home!"

"What a thrill to have discovered this superb contractor! We had a 3-room remodeling project (living room/dining room/library and hall) that other contractors had low-bid on -- with insufficient understanding of the project's scope. Andrei videotaped the project and developed a detailed scope of work that met our requirements exactly. The work included removing wallpaper, painting (including ceiling that slopes from 8' to 18'), installing wainscot, fixing floors, installing electrical boxes, installing new wallpaper, etc. Each of the 3 teams he brought in were extraordinarily competent, friendly, organized, and meticulous. The wallpaper and flooring work in particular is beyond perfect! We will be asking them back next year, to gut and model a bathroom. These guys are GREAT."

"Excellent experience.  The estimate was very detailed, and more than competitive.  I had time constraints, that Mr Coulter and crew accommodated at no additional cost.  Since they painted the interior of the entire house, there was extensive wall preparation needed in several rooms (due to some very old wall paper removal), and their attention to detail ensured a consistent quality throughout the house.
I wanted the job done correctly--this was the right contractor. 
The crew was professional, clean, and very pleasant individuals to have in my home for a week.  They were extremely detailed -- the quality of work showed an impressive sense of pride.  They went through at the end of each day carefully looking for any flaws, drips, etc., immediately  correcting any issues (there might have been a drop or two -- they work meticulously to avoid mistakes).
Essentially, when they were done, my house looked amazing--better than expected.

"This review is for the Champion in Baltimore, Maryland (Essex area).  I don't know if all Champions would offer the same quality and customer service.  First of all, I would like to say that we love our sunroom.  It faces the woods behind our property and we have enjoyed watching the wildlife....birds, groundhogs, squirrels and even deer.  The 4-season Champion sunroom is solidly built and has the feel of a true addition rather than just a porch.  We had their vinyl beadboard installed on the ceiling and the house wall.  Instead of the carpeting they offered, we installed our own Pergo wood laminate floor which turned out great.  An electrician installed a ceiling fan, electrical outlets and a wall light for an additional cost.  We did not get the heat pump that they offered--we are trying a space heater and fan since we have some heating/air conditioning coming into the sunroom with the French doors open.  All the staff was helpful, polite and professional.  Did everything go perfectly?  Does it ever on a big project?  The French door installers started to install the door backward from what we wanted--luckily we caught them in time and it was possible to correct.  One window was defective in that it had handprints inside the 2 glass panes, but Champion quickly replaced it. Overall, the project took 5 weeks (it could have been shorter) and went well.  We truly enjoy the extra space and relaxing/scenic view. Our three cats are thrilled also."

"High winds in December had blown off siding from the side of our house. We decided to go ahead and replace all the siding, gutters and downspouts since the rest of it wasn't in the best shape. Four Seasons worked with our insurance company which made things a little easier. The job took a little longer than I expected because only 2 people worked on the siding and bad weather kept delaying things. A different crew came and put up the gutter and downspouts in about 2 hours. The workers were very polite and even came on Sunday to finish the job. The house looks great."

"We recently bought a foreclosed home that was in need of several repairs. I contacted Luckel Contracting and they got back to me the same day. Larry was very professional and honest. He made recommendations on how to approach the fixes with my budget in mind.

Larry and his crew painted several rooms in my home (including patching) and they look fantastic. I've had many experiences with painters and his crew did the best job I've seen. He also came back to fix nail pops in the ceiling, just to make it look nicer.

They also installed a ceiling fan, changed all the door locks, and did some other small, "handyman" fixes.

The price was very reasonable and it was all discussed prior to origination of the work.

The best part is that Larry's skill set is vast, so he was able to handle any "one off" project I threw at him.

Overall, I'm very please and we will be using Luckel Contracting with more projects as we get settled in.
