They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. They helped me with replacing a much better surge protector as well. I have also hired them for additional work to be done with re-sealing my RV roof and 3 slide-outs and to wash/wax my RV. "It went very well. I called to inquire about either changing a socket or a plug in my newly purchased house. The electric outlet for the dryer was old and did not accommodate the dryer I was bringing with me to the new house. I called Theta to explain the situation. The person on the phone was patient and explained all my options, recommending the least expensive one. The technician arrived on time and changed the plug to my dryer which was the least expensive option.
