"David, arrived at the house to provide an estimate and a time line on the work needed. Very knowledgeable and exactly correct. His worker arrived and finish on time, and cleaned up all debris. The work consisted in replacing a section of fence, pipe and wire, plus repainting the whole section to match. Looking at the fence, you cant tell the difference, looks brand new. Great workmanship. "Company was responsive to my phone calls.   Gave me a detailed written estimate.  I had already been to their website and had learned quite a bit about fencing.  I had received a total of five quotes and this company was the only one to point out that a permit was needed in my city.  Other contractors, when asked about permits, had lied and said they weren't necessary.  That was a black mark against them.



The crew came out as scheduled on a Thursday morning and demolished the existing fence and dug post holes for the new fence.  They installed a temporary plastic fence and left.   A truck delivered materials around 11 am and the crew came back that afternoon and set the posts in cement.  They were back at 7:30 on Friday and began to assemble the fence.  It was made of Western Red Cedar with cedar rails.  It was finished with a cedar top cap and a pressure treated rotboard along the bottom.



After a week, I noticed that one of the boards had split vertically, and they came out and replaced the board. The fence looks good and passed it's permit inspection!

"From estimate to completion, everything was great! An estimate was given without me having to be there AND without having to put my dog in his kennel. (That was the 1st great thing) I received a phone call & email to make sure everything was explained. I had lots of questions & each of them was addressed quickly & without making me feel like I was bothering them. Once we decided on using AGAN, they set up an install date. The installation guys showed up on time & ready to work. I was quoted 2-3 days for completion & they finished in 2 days (even with my neighbor forgetting to leave their dogs in the house which halted demo day). The end result is a gorgeous fence!
