More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. This is the 2nd time we have used this company.The water line to the refrigerator was in the slab in the wall behind the refrigerator that we were relocating. He chiseled out the concrete and  capped the line. Then ran a new line to the refrigerator. Did a stellar job. I would highly recommend them.

"Technician came out for inspection which was very nice and courteous. The water heater needed to be replaced which i had already figured that much. He went back to his truck to call it in and get a price for new install. When he told me the total cost of $4500, I was in disbelief and struggled to understand that $3000 was labor cost. If it takes 3 hours for install that would be $1000/hour. I chose not to let them do the work and called a few other companies to get a total cost baseline and they were all $2k less than what A#1 quoted me. I now have a new water heater and I could not be happier with install, company and service -- and of course the fair and reasonable cost. I don't think I will be using this company in the future due to unreasonable cost charged for labor when you compare to other similar and highly rated companies. I encourage you to get estimates from other companies to at least get a baseline and go from there. Good luck!"
