"Wow. We initially called and set up an estimate. They were able to give us a price over the phone, but we willing to come and look at it to verify the pricing. The estimate experience was great, and they informed us of our options as long as approximate pricing of replacement because they do that too! They used low VOC products that didn't stink up our whole house like the night mare stories we've heard.
