However the customer service since it was installed has been less than optimal. The system has now shut down 3 times. I paid almost $12K for it. Este's says that the manufacturer has to send someone out to upgrade the computer. No one can tell me when that will be. Unacceptable."

Also, I would have liked to see him check the gas line for any leaks and add a sealant for a level of safety, however, since this pro provided a one-year labor warranty, it gives me a little more confidence in the installation.
