Craig spent a lot of his free time assisting me selecting tile for both the shower and floor. He was exceedingly patient, as I was struggling a little with making decisions, but I never felt pressured. His work is excellent and his crew was respectful and thoroughly cleaned up every day before they left. Craig checked in with me nearly every day over the course of the project. He not only tore out existing tub, he took all waste materials with him. He is a patient man and works without complaint. Twice I had to go and exchange wrong parts I had bought, and he just kept working on other things until I returned. A few days later I heard from him with a follow up call.
