"I know this review is a little late, but here goes! We hired Jimmy to replace our subfloor in part of our conventional home. Jimmy was awesome from day 1! He came on time to do our initial quote and threw around some possible ideas, tried them and tried to problem solve to find the best possible fix for our floor issue. He was here for over an hour, crawling under the house, checking framing, measuring and explaining what he recommended; which was nice considering we had 3 other repair guys give us a quote and only stayed for 10 minutes. Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure that the floor was completely sound, and also made sure to choose good quality materials such as the plywood.
