Instead of clean grout lines, interfaces with the tub and floor are smeared, extending dried grout onto surrounding surfaces. Update: He returned to fix the problems mostly to my satisfaction, so I upgraded my rating from a 1 star to three."

"Nick gave us the great solution to the problem of our cracking bathroom tile to use laminent planking over the tile. This solved the problem of an uneven slab underneath that was causing the cracking. The floating floor went over it and now that the job is done it looks great and we don't have to worry about cracking anymore. It was the most cost effective solution for the problem.
