"Scheduled the apt online for 1 pm, he s shows up closer to 130. He did message before but still when you make an apt you should be on time. I figured he was going to look inside of the hvac unit ams inspect it since he mentioned it edits. instead he uses a shop vac and cleans out the returns, which needed to be done as well and doesn t do anything else. In all total he spent 5 min there and didn t really check anything or do anything, other than the returns. After he leaves I notice the house getting hot. While he was in the attic he catches the cord and damages the electrical outlet and hvac unit cord. I had to jerry rig the cord to stay plugged in and message him. He said he would repair it and days later he is aight unseen."

All my interactions with both James and his employees were great and I felt comfortable with them in my home. There was always good communication with me regarding when they would be coming. There was about a 3 week wait for the initial meeting, 1 month for the detailed estimate, and about 2 months for the work to start- but this was told to me upfront (and I was willing to wait for this company) and I was always kept in the loop if there was going to be a delay. Once the job started, it was completed on fast and on schedule. I was super happy with the work they provided and so relieved to have found a company I could trust in home remodels or builds."
