"This is the company you WANT TO CALL FIRST! A couple weeks late with review, but Craig came out to help clear my backed up main line pipe. He went above and beyond to help, but my house came with no main line to be found and I mean he was all over my yard looking for it, even I was scratching my head on it. He offered to put in a main line off the house and I couldn’t afford it even though the price was VERY reasonably priced. With having a baby on the way very soon, there just wasn’t a way to squeeze it out. He didn’t charge a thing for all the work he did trying to locate it. I really appreciate him and being a stand up guy. I would definitely give this company a call every time in the future and so should you."

"This highly the worst experience I ever had in my entire life being a 62 year old person. Roto-Rotor came out to my home, and even before they started working charged my landlord well over $400 to unclog a pipe, the job wasn't completed to say the least. Their senior supervisor James came out on Saturday 09/02/2023 to the property. Before even started he was quoting prices from $495 to $629 for work he hadn't done yet. Once.he received a payment, he work well until after dark without any results to show for it. But, he left a nasty mess in my livingroom and bathroom. He even went in my bedroom to plug up his electric snake device without my permission. Also adding insult to injury he had the poorest of attitudes. Making comments like "you people" making it seem like a clog that he couldn't take care was our fault because we used flushable wipes. He also put the toliet inside my shower, that my two minor grandsons and I use. He walk back and forth from the bathroom and outside tracking raw sewage and dirt in my home. My son, daughter in law, and 10 month granddaughter were at my home to celebrate my daughter's birthday, which passed in March of 2020. Her son's who live with me were traumatized. His snake got stuck so he went outside in the front of the home dugged a hole, then cut a hole in the pipe, went back in the bathroom remove his snake leaving even move raw sewage all over it. Walls, door, vanity, toilet and shower walls inside and out. He complained the entire time, and didn't clean upthe mess he made, or mention it. He had me sign an invoice, but didn't leave me a copy."

When their technician came out, a salesperson joined him. What should have been a repair visit quickly turned into a sales pitch. "It was a Sunday and we had a stopped up toilet. I tried several options on my own that didn’t work. We have 3 bathrooms so it wasn’t an emergency and could wait until Monday. When I went on Angi to request a quote, Rooter Express of Jax was the first one to call me within 3 minutes. I was taking a shower and didn’t hear the phone. He called 3 times leaving a voicemail saying he was close on another call and could be here in 10 minutes. My wife answered the door and it was Julian the owner of the company. He observed from outside drain line that the other two toilets flushed properly out first. He then came in and turned on the hot water in the sink and shower. He said that the line wasn’t clogged because if the sink and shower wouldn’t drain then the line is clogged. So it wasn’t inside the toilet and would snake it from the toilet first and it should work with the 6 feet if clogged. Sure enough it worked and flushed out and he let it fill several times and flushed. "
