I am so happy I chose to call him, he was very courteous, arrived at exactly time he said he would, and not only did he do a great job at the advertised price for spring replacement I believe he took the time to check everything else, did some lube and motor adjustments for me at no additional charge. I had another company come out last year to replace my rollers and supposedly fix my down stop motion but that problem was not fixed and that company tried to sell me $1100+ amount of work to replace motor, rails, springs, etc.....
