Jason managed independent contractors (like flooring install) as well as did his own work (painting, doors trim, etc). Went above and beyond - picking up material, taking care of small unplanned details, etc. without additional cost. NO expensive "change orders". There were more problem's with this remodel - none Jason's fault - than with any other project I have done. But Jason dealt with each issue successfully and enthusiastically. As an absentee owner (I live in Orlando) it was a pleasure to have Jason take care of the project. His price was extremely fair. Worth every penny. I have done several remodels. None has had a better manager than Jason. I would use him again in a heartbeat. He gets the highest recommendation I could give. The problem is with the lifetime waranty . after several years had a window or two broken , the service was fast and profesional. Now i amtold they WILL NOT replace my windows because the companty that made them went out of bussness. OK But i did NOT but the windows from that company , i bought my windows from American windows , so they should still cover them with another type window, all i got was run around and no show for an est. i was willing to pay for the difference , but not as a new instalation"

They were great, I actually had some glass tops made for dressers in the house so you don't scratch the table, it was an exact fit, they were ready when they said they would be ready. I picked them up for about $50 a piece and 6 or 8 pieces in total or night stands and dressers. They are very reasonable and did good quality work."

It was only a matter of days after we selected him to do the work that he called us, way ahead of schedule, to set up a time to have the work done. He and his son did the work quickly and did an excellent job. We also had several of the sash springs and a number of sash guides replaced so that the windows could be opened more easily."
