When a problem arose with several windows, we called Karoly and Jesse Laskowske, Operations Manager, came to my home to inspect and secured the problem. He also directed me how to submit a warranty claim and was instrumental in dealing with the adjuster. When replacement parts arrived, 2 Karoly employees spent 4 hours making the repairs. This level of service is extraordinary, especially after so many years. I strongly recommend anyone looking to replace windows and doors call Karoly Windows and Doors. Many companies sell and install windows, but support years later is rare."

"Roc & Maple did excellent & professional work to replace a fogged front dining room double hung window & a arch window cover that was under warranty from a previous installation. Not only were they efficient and easy to do this replacement job, they went the extra steps to re-caulk & cleaned where needed. Per our request - Roc happily gave us a step by step refresher demo on how to clean & operate the double hung windows too. Great job!!!"

"This review is for work performed approximately 3/17. I wrote the review and did not submit it properly. My advice is instead of replacing/upgrading your home windows just move. I believe American Window does not have the capability/expertise/employees to handle large projects such as mine. They are probably ok to use if you need 1-2 windows or a door that’s not too complicated. Project cost was $30K+ and was a complete nightmare from the start. The salesman lost the $10k deposit check which should have been a sign to find someone else. The 3-4 day project took several months due order mistakes, improper measuring, poor installation and manufacturing defects which required ordering new windows. To this day 1 door is still not right and it irritates me every time I look at it. My mistake for paying in full before things were corrected. I contacted the owner several times for resolution but received nothing but excuses. I usually research contractors in detail when planning a home improvement project but this time I failed. Don’t be me. I learned a great deal from this project and I hope my review helps others avoid a similar fate."

"Liza went above and beyond when dealing with our situation (a family member damaged our property). The glass panel I needed was very expensive and I did a lot of comparing with several other companies and Glass Specialists came out to be the best match for what I needed as well as the best price! "Paid over 40K for all my windows and doors. The materials seem to be good. Installation is EXTREMELY subpar (I have pics to prove it). They sent the same person over and over, to solve the issues they themselves created. Failed inspection due to wrong installation procedure, non compliance with county code, doors with handles scratched, installed non-square, not closing properly, parts missing (i.e: plugs to cover screws). Broken seams, stucco used improperly (Came off at first pressure cleaning) Crew showed up at least 4 times, not counting scheduled inspection. Last time I had to threaten with a lawsuit to have them come and fix inspection failing issues. I do not recommend at all"
