The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

A factor that was really important to us. My husband and I decided to go with him and we were very pleased with the outcome for our project. As Eric promised the remodel took almost 4 weeks. They remodel our kitchen completely with new cabinets, new granite counter top. We also changed the floors to hardwood floor and we also added recessed lights and few outlets in dining area. What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project. Communication was great and helpful for us. The crew kept our house clean as much as they could. "Mohammad, is a master carpenter. He custom made most of the work in our condo. He designed a floating staircase. He made three Walnut and Alder vanities for us. In terms of design they are a sight to behold since they do not have any visible hardware. In addition he made a museum quality hand carved front door, which is the talk of the community. Finally, he also designed and installed a 32 feet by 14 feel wall with geometric wood work. I can not recommend him more highly. His kind of work and finish is unparalleled."

"We had a great experience with Floors Direct.  Joel was wonderful and brought samples to our home.  I didn't want to be overwhelmed with a showroom and the samples he brought were exactly what I was looking for.  Gabe took the lead on the installation and they got it done in 1 day even though they had to go pick up the product and were stuck in traffic.  The finished job looks great.  I had a few questions on it the next week, they came out and addressed those.  Great customer service, follow up and product.  Very happy, will recommend and use again.
