"They don't install elevators but they did install a chairlift in my parents' house."

"Mitzvah couldn’t have been any easier to work with. I was in rehab when I contacted Mitzvah about getting chairlift for my stairs. All of the arrangements were made via phone. The installer showed up right on time. The installation took one day. I’m very happy with the way the chairlift was installed because it was done in a way that there will be very minimal damage to my stairs when I remove it. This is a first rate company. I highly recommend."

"We chose Westchester Stairlift after talking with 2 other companies. My husband has Parkinson’s, is a big guy, and our home has multiple levels. They were heads above the other two in providing us the best solutions for our needs. Martin Friedrichs came to our home and carefully came up with a well thought out plan. We ended up with 2 lifts (one curved and one straight) due to the complexity of our layout of narrow stairs, hallways and entrances. He knew right away what would give us the best access to all the levels of our home. His experience and expertise was very evident after talking with the other two companies. The installers were efficient, informative, and very pleasant. They even came back after a couple of days to adjust one chair to make it more comfortable. The lift works perfectly and has made it possible for my husband to move safely from one area of our home to the others. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Westchester Stairlift."

"The sales Department was excellent in their explanation of the product. But the installer could use some more experience because: 1) arrived without all the parts to complete the job on the first trip 2) installation was slightly crooked (the chair did not maintain the 0.5-inch minimum distance to the wall during travel - okay at the bottom of the steps but not at the top as outlined by the instructions). But it still worked."

"My eighty-six-year-old mother purchased a Harmar Pinnacle SL300 stair lift from Solano.com. We live in a rural area in MI.. Solano, had the lift direct shipped from Harmar to her door in four days. I did the install myself. The technical support I received from Rey Solana was outstanding. He is a wealth of knowledge. The Info. he provided can not be found on an install video or manual. His tips saved me hours of work and frustration. He is accessible, in my case: text and phone. I frequently communicated with him during the install. He reached out the evening of the install to see how everything went. I appreciated the follow-up. A good communicator: professional, friendly, easy to understand. It was a pleasure working with him. The lift is working beautifully. My hats off to Rey Solano. The product and support he provided has vastly improved the quality of my mothers life."

"Westchester Stairlift is a great company. From the initial consultation with Martin Friedrichs to the installation of the lifts, by Reggie Edwards, the entire process went smoothly. They are a professional company that was on time and on point with the installation. Needless to say, my brothers and I are grateful for the work that they did for our parents."

"Great brother great service. The installation took really nothing time and there is no mess at all. I loved it."

"What a wonderful experience... Now my mom is happy and independent....."
