"Micheal was timely when he met with us to go over the work that we wanted to get done. A brick wall to give us privacy in the back of the house with a strip of paved flooring for our new outdoor grill and cabinets, front steps and paved pathway to the front entrance of the house. He was so patient and came up with a lot of great ideas such as adding out door multi color led strip lighting around the new wall and garage. Which adds a wonderful ambience to our outdoor entertaining. The price was fair and Micheal and his team were professional, worked precise and they take Pride in their Craft. "I had 3 other bids before Mick Prendergast and also had the time to do a little reading about what the project entailed. Was thrilled when Mick came over and we discussed the project and he demonstrated his skill and experience. His bid was higher than other 2 bidders who I was suspicious over being too low but lower than the third (who never explained why the bid was so ridiculously high); I added two more projects onto the original and the bid for all 3 came in very fair. Mick was fantastic to work with â really knew his stuff. All three projects were completed extremely efficiently, cleanly â he even did more than asked but the final price was exactly what he bid. Their work ethics, suggestions, cleanup at the end of each day, attention to detail, information given at different stages, budget handling, etc was impeccable. They worked till late and with my tantrums. My project was only the backyard but half way through (after seeing their work), I ended up doing my Garage sidings- Stucco and my Front yard with them as well. One thing I liked about the dad; I discussed another in-house project with them and he recommended me NOT to do it because it would bring down the value of the house; greatly appreciated that.
