"Ed and his crew came out to figure out where my problem was with my sewer line. They had to dig up the sewer line to find out why it was backing up. Once they were able to see the pipe we discovered that one of the utility lines had drilled their cable line through my sewer line causing me the problem. Ed called out the correct officials to determine who was responsible so that I would be able to file a claim for his services. We determined that it was in fact connected to ATand T. I'm still waiting to hear from someone at ATand T in the claims department. However, Ed and his crew did a GREAT job in a desperate time of need. They cut out the bad part of the pipe and replaced it with new. It's running like a champ! Ed also did a great job of taking pictures for me to have to be able to show ATand T if tey had any questions.

"EVERYBODY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PATCH WALLS WHERE MARKS WERE LEFT AS PART OF THE WALLPAPER REMOVAL. Their recommendation of equipment were no brainers.  The value offered by their top of the line water treatment equipment exceeded what was available through competitors.  Honestly, our job went out for bid.  Timmons offered, best prices, guaranteed performance, best warrantees, and unmatched professionalism in design and installation within our mechanical room.  If we do another building project or need water conditioning expertise for any of our properties in the Indianpolis area, Timmons gets the call.  I won't even bother with competitive bids.  These guys are conscientious, honest, fairly priced, and though I haven't gotten to know them personally very well, consider them a vital partner in the success of building our new home/offices.

"We use RT Moore to service both our HVAC system (2 heat pumps & 2 furnaces) and for our plumbing needs. We have a contract for the semi-annual (spring & fall) HVAC inspection and maintenance. We used them three times this year for plumbing needs (the natural gas pressure relief valve replacement, sanitary sewage pump replacement and repair of a leaky drain line). RT Moore's technicians are dependable, timely, professional, courteous, neat and friendly. There may be cheaper providers of these services but we believe that RT Moore offers good value.
