"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. After countless emails, calls, and two so-called ?escalations to upper management,? An attorney consultation, complaints to BBB and State Attorney General. The representatives keep repeating the same empty apologies with no real action. At times rude. Bounced reimbursement check. It was until all these efforts that i finally received direct deposit reimbursement at the end of Sept. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and does not honor its agreements. I will not be recommending to anyone. "
