"I hired ez flow to clean my roof based on the excellent reviews on this site. The people I spoke with on the phone as well as in preparing the quote were very professional and easy to deal with. There were some issues with the quality of the job when complete- issues I might not have been able to completely identify. Rob the owner proactively contacted me to inform me and apologize. He said it was a unique outcome and not up to his quality standards. He then proceeded to remedy the situation all at his own cost (it was very expensive to him). All the while, he stayed in constant communication and went above and beyond my expectations. <br /> <br />The result was a high quality job. I see why his reviews are better than most/all. I would use him going forward for any projects as he proved to be a very honorable business person. <br />"

"Terminix came out to resolve the problems originating from their installation from early February. I was getting no response until our case was finally transferred to the Regional Manager (Dan). He brought his crew lead (Paul) and Rob to evaluate and fix the problem of the dry insulation getting into our full house attic fan. We wont know if this fixed the problem, but at least they responded and took time to find a solution. (Price, is buyer beware; but at least the work is done right by folks who worked really hrd in tough conditions. Thanks, Dan & Paul! Lou M."

"Arranged  meeting,   Walked around house to describe the work,  Cory provided estimate and we discussed  details over the phone.  Approved and signed the contract.  Paid 40% of work.  Work  occurred 3 weeks later and was done in several days.   Work was professionally done.  Framing around interior door was done by hand.  Discussed the work and completed some minor details.   Paid the remainder.   I was very pleased with the work and the process.  Cory was very pleasant to work with and his crew got the job with minimal disruption."

"We bought a building that was going to be demolished in the Page extension/ Hwy 364 route.  We owned property adjacent to the building and had Expert House Movers move the structure approximately 1000 foot across a roadway and onto a new foundation.  I was amazed that they were able to do it without any of the brick fascade cracking/crumbling.  Before the building was lifted and moved, we inspected the interior of the building and took a black marker to areas of interior drywall cracking. After having them lift and move the building, there were no new cracks and the existing cracks were unchanged.  I couldn't believe it.  I would highly recommend them.  It's unbelievable to see the buildings and structures they have moved. <br />"

"I did receive other bids and theirs was in line with others and they had a good reputation. The man who ran the job was quite professional and I had a good relationship with him. I did have to move out of my home during the work and they completed the job in about six weeks. I had some nice gardens around my home. Part of the contract involved them digging up the flowers, moving them, and then to re-plant them once the construction was completed. They actually hired a local landscaper to remove the plants and then landscape and replace them the following year. I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth it went and my gardens turned out wonderful! The fill that they used around the house turned out to be rubble field clay. So, when the landscaper and I had to dig down, we have run into chunks of concrete. If you have to dig down deep, it is pretty difficult to do. There were only a few small issues, but with a project that large, you would expect that. They communicated well and stayed in good contact with me. I felt that they were a good choice and I am glad I chose them for the work. I was pleased with their job."
