Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. They arrived on time the second time and repaired washer. The service was very professional. The cost was in line with other repair companies, the part seemed a little costly but I do not know that business. Highly recommend this company. Very happy with service."

Sadly in my case it was determined that my washer was nit worth doing the repair sonthe recommended not having it done. They were honest and forthright to deal with"

"I was literally overwhelmed at how great Roland was and how impeccable his work is. You just cannot find people that have pride in their work and care about 'customer satisfaction' anymore. I hate to say this, but I will be glad when I need repairs again, that is how good the projects went. I just wish there were more than 5 stars!!"

"Ben was an extremely efficient and knowledgeable young man who repaired our dryer. It was not heating up. He installed a new heating part and updated a couple of other things. This dryer is working like it is brand new!! I would hire him for any other appliance repair or installation of a new appliance. He is also very friendly and explains what he is doing!"
