"Representative was very friendly and made an appointment to come to our home to put together an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about fencing, materials, etc. I was impressed with the sample materials that he brought to demonstrate the quality of their product. He also explained that, since they do things the right way, their company's estimate would undoubtedly be higher than the others I would receive. Fair enough--I appreciated being told upfront. I also understand that you get what you pay for. But, everything in life is a cost-benefit analysis. After assuring the rep we would be in contact once we made a decision, he stated that he definitely would not be hassling me to pressure me into going with his company. As it turns out, of the many companies that I reached out to, this rep kept badgering me with more and more messages. Other companies might send one or two follow up emails, but this guy was persistent! Even after gently informing him that it is simply not in our budget (their quote was $3700 more than two of the lower bids we received), he would still send messages telling me how our fence wouldn't last since we are going with a subpar company. I have no doubt they do excellent work, but they also need to respect that customers are going to request multiple quotes and not everyone is able to go with their company"

"When deciding to rehab our newly purchased assisted living facility, we had many choices of contractors. When we met with Precision Remodeling, we knew this was the company for us. Dave promised that we would be informed of each step of the large rehab via email or text and I was so impressed that he kept his word. His contractors were polite, timely, and made a challenging remodel possible adhering to all of my strict requirements due to COVID including isolating the work area, entering from various locations and working around my staff and residents on a daily basis. The remodel is amazing! Precision Remodeling completed an almost full remodel for our assisted living home. They completed the following projects including new siding, new windows, new sky lights, rehabbing a deck, building a room inside of the house, converting a garage to a heated recreation space, building a beauty salon, elevating a sunken living room to all one level, installing new flooring in the kitchen and carpet on the stairs and 3 bedrooms, and a huge amount of painting. While Precision Remodeling may be a bit more pricey than other contractures, the increased price is worth the outstanding service. Not only the quality of work was exceptional, the quality of Precision's employees was outstanding. We started our business buying this assisted living in Feb 2020 and Dave knew our massive undertaking of buying and running the business in addition to rehabbing the home. Dave was alway responsive and helped us with all aspects of the remodel. He took our calls, met with us and handled any issue we had within 24-48 hours of being informed. "I wish I could explain it. I called Abbey Fence and Deck last week to request a quote for a deck extension with composite deck boards. They quickly put me on the schedule no problem. Flash forward to today. The guy started measuring my existing balcony and asked what I wanted and as soon as I started explaining that I wanted to expand the deck out into the yard and across the back of the home, he started making excuses. He said they only had white rails no black, he started telling me about another job where he was waiting since September (it’s now March) for materials. He went on to say it would be August when he could get black railings. Then I said ok, if you can’t do the job I understand. So he took all his measuring tools, including a huge walking measuring wheel and left. It was very odd. Why didn’t they tell me when I called that they were low on parts or had a backlog on projects due to lack of materials. Needless to say, I called Wold Home Products, one of the companies he said they use and get this....The customer service rep said they have plenty of black aluminum railings. She even went on to tell me to have the contractor ask for the Westbury Tuscany #C-10. When I read reviews I take what people say with a grain of salt, especially if they are the only negative in a sea of positives. Trust me, I wasn’t asking for anything special or extravagant, just a simple deck. It was truly odd."

"You can talk to the President and the Vice-President not many companys you get to do that. They are very reasonable ! The price they gave me for a total tear off and replace roof beat any other contractor. The crew that came out was very nice and professional. The clean-up was great you would have never known they were here. If you have any problems you can talk to the VP and he is on it and gets the problem taken care of right away. If you need any improvement done I would definitely recommend this company!"
