From the initial call to scheduling, to techs being on time with a courtesy call of their ETA, to giving me a terrific price! It was less than half of a previous estimate we got from a very unresponsive, slow to get here national company! Zach and Dylan were professional, friendly and very efficient. "Do not hire this company. Save yourself the hassle. They literally messed up every bit of work after a fire restoration. Communication is horribleâ ¦very slow process. Horrible work. I do not like giving bad reviews but I felt obligated to warn others. This is by far the worst work on a house that Iâ ve ever seen. I donâ t even think they did anything by code. This company shouldnâ t be allowed to operate."

"Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Photos attached and it really makes a difference."
