I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. "The folks at Exovations are the rock stars of the exterior home remodeling world. In spring 2021, Exovations turned our old deck into a gorgeous screened porch with a gable roof. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was straightforward and graciously handled our endless questions. Our main initial concern with the project was adding a roofline over the deck and whether it would create any water drainage issues coming off the roof. But Josh and his crew, who did the bulk of the framing/carpentry work, did an incredible job with it. Our project manager, Ben Boyd, was also fantastic to work with, extremely responsive to calls and texts, and basically was willing to do whatever it took to make the customer happy. Ben was also on the same page with us about any concerns we had over small details and was quick to address them. Our initial contact in the project was sales rep Jim McCulloch and he (like Ben) was extremely patient and answered our many, many questions about products and design ideas. Exovations also replaced our front door insert (door, two sidelights and a half-circle transom) with a new composite unit with rain glass. We were extremely happy with how everything turned out and would use Exovations again without a second thought."

"Dumpster fire of a company, my mother purchased a door from this company a couple years ago. First, they come and install two different colored doors (after a 9+ month wait), another 9+ month wait they come and install a color match door. Well, this door was welded by a moron, as it leaked. This leaking caused the door to begin to rust, which then ran into the hardwood floor staining them. At this time (over a year ago) the company promised they would order another door to replace the broken and leaking one. Much to our dismay, we found out recently that this door was never ordered. They then scheduled someone to come out and take measurements, this person was set to arrive at 9:30AM a few days ago, and they never showed up. Complete no-call/no-show. EntryPoint is a dumpster fire of a company plagued with both incompetence and a lack of skill. The welds on a door that cost upwards of $10,000 looks like they were done with a stick welder hooked up to a car battery. Stay FAR away from EntryPoint."
