"This was a $250.00 service sold on Angie's list for $125.00. They were to replace all the rollers, lube, adjust, align the door. They did  replace the rollers and spray some lube and that was basically it, about 25 minutes. When I asked about the adjust, align the door, he said it is working fine and no adjustments needed. So basically the rollers were replaced for $125. Not sure they even needed to be and if this is usually a $250 service I would say this company over charges for its services. The write up on what you were going to get and what happened wasn't even close. <br />"

"My garage door was installed by Overhead within the past year. Overall they did a decent job except they installed the rail/springs on a 2x4 nailed into the wall. Over time it came loose and pulled the 2x4 out of the wall while I was closing it. I emailed to see if they would fix it. I was informed that the repair would cost me $100. They said the "part" (2x4) that came loose was part of the original home and was not covered under warrantee. I asked why the 2x4 wasn't replaced with something better or at least screwed down during install. They said it wasn't needed. I wasn't going to pay them to fix their own install deficiency so I'm someone else's customer now. They had their chance to make it right."

I was expecting the appointment to take place sometime next week, but Robert was here the same day just within in a few hours of calling. Robert called ahead before arriving to our home. He was timely, polite and assessed the problem within a few minutes. Robert started work immediately and had repairs completed in an amazingly short period of time. He also installed "quiet rollers" and I am very happy with the change. The garage door works like new and I could not be more satisfied. "Great!!!! They are the best. I had Precision come out and they quoted me $280 to replace cables on my garage door. Their guy made up a bunch of BS and I sent him packing. Then I called Coastal and the guy came out within 2 hours and replaced my cables, tuned everything up, oiled everything and charged me $103. WHAT A DIFFERENCE from Precision Doors!!! I would recommend Coastal to anyone and have made sure I put them in my file cabinet for ANY door problems."

"Bought a house with a badly leaking roof. They re-roofed the house and replaced 3 skylights. They also had to replace 11 sheets of plywood underlayment. Also repaired a rotting area of soffit.  They used the GAF 50 years shingles. They did a very good job. The only negative was that they started the job a couple of days late, and the job took a few days longer than predicted. Would use them again. Good quality work. <br />"

"We signed the original contract July 29, 2014. At that time all windows and doors were measured and ordered shortly thereafter. Because of a previously scheduled vacation the installation wasn't done until October 2014. During the installation process it was noted that the door going onto the back porch was too small. Since the door was custom sized it had to be reordered and it took a couple of months for it to come in. <br /> With the exception of the incorrect door size problem we are very happy with the windows and doors that have been installed. Coincidentally our termite inspector uses a thermal device to check the walls for insects which also shows cool or warm spots. His thermal reading showed that the installation of the windows and doors is quite energy-efficient. Overall we are very pleased with the quality of the product and are especially happy with the crew that installed the windows and doors.  <br /> With the exception of the time it took and the overall cost we are extremely pleased the work done. We would have this company do the job for us in the future. <br />"
