"Our washer was leaking a little so we set up a repair job on Angi. Based on the reviews and overall top rating of AAA we chose them and Michael came out as agreed to fit our schedule. He went over the machine in detail and discovered it was our doing because we did not close the dispenser drawer firmly. While here he checked our bottom filter and also replaced the old dryer vent flex tube with a much better one. We have two refrigerators and one upright freezer so we will always use AAA from now on. The price for the visit was very reasonable, and Michael is probably the most knowledgeable tech we have ever used. Highly recommend."

The one con I have is that he was late about two hours the first day he came to access the problem. We scheduled an appointment for him to come back and actually repair the dryer.
