My washer machine went down over a week ago with some error codes and I tired the do it yourself fixes I saw on line and didn't worked. I have lived here in Las Vegas for 20 years and hated dealing with "repair" companies as the price is never what you expect it to be. However, this wasn't the case. The price was as quoted and a discount provided on top of it. Not only did he do the job quickly and efficiently, Michael gave me some tips to prevent issues from occurring again in the future that would negate a service call being required. I highly recommend Michael and his company and will be using them again, when needed.."

The one con I have is that he was late about two hours the first day he came to access the problem. We scheduled an appointment for him to come back and actually repair the dryer. He did not show up at the appointment time. We call him and he said he thought we had cancelled which was not the case. He came over quickly and repaired the dryer after our call."
