"Carlos and his assistant were very professional and did a fantastic job. We just bought this house and The tile and grout were probably never cleaned in 20 years. Carlos and his assistant viewed the areas that needed attention and assured me they would get it clean. They didn’t lie! Can actually walk on the tile with bare feet and not have to wash our feet! The grime and yuck is gone! The price was fair and will Recommend highly"

"We feel that American Grout did a superb job. It only took them an hour to do the work. The grout lines were even and they stayed clean. There's nothing we would change about their work."

"I am so happy with the job these guys did. Anthony is a perfectionist and it really shows in how good the shower walls and tub surround looks. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat if I need more tile work done."

"Chris, the handyman, installed the bars professionally, repaired the metal grid that covers the A/C filter, and left the work area clean. He was courteous and finished the work in the allotted time. Would hire again."

"Jessie was very professional and explained every aspect of the cleaning, grout repairing and grout coloring as each process was being performed. Our 20 year old tile looks like the day we moved in. The grout repair and recoloring gave our dated floor covering a brand new look. The cost of Jessie's service was about 15% of what we were quoted to remove and replace the flooring with vinal plank flooring. We were amazed at the results and have already set up an appointment to clean our carpeting throughout our home after seeing a demo of what our carpeting will look like after being cleaned. Would definitely recommend Jessie's company."

"D & A arrived promptly.  They were very professional and took a lot of time cleaning the floor.  When they were done, the floor and grout looked outstanding.  They did a great job.

"Seriously one of, if not the best home service experience!! I'll start with Samantha who handles the communication and scheduling stuff.... she is amazing, very responsive, friendly and an excellent communication skills. They sent two of the nicest and most professional people we have ever worked with. Dajuan and Gilbert were so great to work with, they did such a great job painting our house and replacing the baseboards. They were very detail oriented and precise. They took their time and also accommodated all our requests while being super friendly!! Will definitely recommend and also use their services again!"

"It went perfectly. He came in and measured (and told me I needed less tile than I had estimated!) and then he even offered to pick the tile up for me at the store. He came first thing on the morning he said he would. I forgot to buy grout so he brought me grout in the exact color (light gray) I asked for. He finished the next day as he said he would. He was professional, polite, organized, and kept me up to date constantly by text since I was out of town or in town but at work. The actual labor and installation is beautiful. I couldn't be happier. After he left, I walked around the house to find other things he and his team could do. I wish I had found him earlier. I am getting new bathroom cabinets installed on top of the new tile he just put down and as soon as those cabinets are in, I will post a photo."

"We were selling our house and the buyer's house inspection revealed evidence of a hidden water leak within a wall. Bruce and his team at A+ Pro-Tech were very responsive. After opening the wall, they discovered that there had been a leak from the upstairs toilet and mold had developed within the wall. The A+ Pro-Tech team was able to fix the leak, re-mediate the mold problem and repair the ceiling and wall damage in time to avoid any delays to the sale of the house. I highly recommend A+ Pro-Tech and would hire them again."
