"I received a call for scheduling first thing this morning. They were able to send a plumber out same day, afternoon. Demetric was prompt, courteous (wore shoe covers) and quickly repaired my shower faucet. The repair cost was reasonable and all done same day. Will use company again."

"Man I have to say that A1 Rooter Plumbing was a God send. I had multiple other company come out and do work for me and time after time I paid money and the problem wasn't fixed. A1 came out and sloved all of my problems and at a cheaper cost then the ones that didn't even fix my problems. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a call and get your problems fixed the first time and at a cheaper price!"

"Replaced the water heater and that happened quickly and seemed to be without issue. Next day pipes start screaming, so I call them back out, as this is related. Any water through the system and the the pipes scream, waking the whole house. Well they tell me sediment from the water heater repair flowed backwards to the pressure regulator valve and now its needs replaced and that is another $350. I am not a plumber, but it sure seems like they caused this issue and now are charging me full price to fix it. Just ended up replacing the pressure regulator value myself with a $50 parts cost."

"After talking to many companies about a problem we had that we weren't even sure what was going on, I feel fortunate to have found them. Floors Sag or Shake knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it on my description alone. Their work was excellent and quick and they worked within our specifications (for budget reasons we needed to do the finishing work ourselves and they handled the demolition and structural repairs we needed handily).

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Jersey, GA

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
