"I have hired Braswell Construction Group 3 separate times to do work on my house. They replaced my roof on a 5000 sq ft house, they did drywall work in my kitchen on the ceiling, and they also did several household repairs to help me sell my house. I have been dealing with Chris. He is very professional, always comes when he says he will (and from what I have experienced in GA with contractors, that means a lot!), and the pricing has always been fair. He talks through the process of each job and what needs to be done and gives you the pricing upfront. He has played an instrumental role in helping me sell my house. One of Chris's best attributes, he is always so pleasant to deal with. He has found cheaper solutions to problems other contractors were trying to charge me an arm and a leg to fix. I'm very glad I hired him to do all the work that was done. He is trustworthy!"

"It went very well.  I was impressed with their process.  First they called and asked to send someone to personally a**** the work required.  The assessor inspected the outside window and inside window while explaining  window terminology and described what would be replaced.  He also was provided a selection of wooden or vinyl replacement windows and found a need to replace a second window.  He explained that he would write up his assessment and that his boss would provide me a written estimate including price and estimated time of work completion. <br />      The next day, his boss called and confirmed what his assessor had reported and e-mailed me the written estimate. I took my time ( three or four days), selected vinyl windows and replied with my choice by e-mail.  The company ordered the windows and called me as soon as they arrived (about three to four weeks).  The owner then, displaying great flexibility called me to schedule delivery and installation of the windows.  Due to two weeks of constant rain, no plans were made to install the windows until the weather was forecast to improve and remain good (sunshine).  The owner provided the name of the window installer.  The installation technician called the following day, introduced himself and worked with me to arrive at a convenient time for me.  The technician was punctual and went right to work, only pausing to go back to the hardware store for window related support items. He worked alone and took him about four hours to complete the job.  No one asked for any payment in advance.  The installer informed me that while  removing a piece of exterior wooden molding he inadvertently pulled out a piece of stucco. He caulked it immediately and explained that he would consult the owner and devise a plan for the repair.  The next day a stucco repair specialist called me and arranged a time that very day to repair my damaged stucco.  He too was punctual and did an excellent job.  The following day, the owner called and  ensured I was satisfied with the work.  I provided me with the invoice as promised with no surprises and I payed him.  This process took about three months but appears to have worked well.  Each person with this company did a great job communicating with me.  Great professionalism. <br />        <br />"

"In a word, "Great"! From quote to finish in less than 10 days. Very quick, very neat and very professional. From sales, workers and supervisors, everyone was superb. Hurricanes notwithstanding, I will probably never need another roof replacement, but if I do, I plan on calling RPI."

"First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. We did talk to competing companies.  We were offered wood windows that required painting or cheaper material windows-same pricing.  We did have 2 full fiberglass doors installed also.  Ready for winter!!   Thanks, Dream Home"

"I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. LOL I may have cut myself through my own stupidity but I did it. it was easy and I did not have to pay a repair man for a simple fix. Thank you so much!"

"I needed a handicapped accessible addition. We chose to build it under an existing roof in the space that used to be a carport. But the cabin is 4 feet off the ground and has a wrap around porch. So I drew up my design on a home architect program. I gave my plan to Mark and his crew and just watched as my plan became reality. The space was 10 feet wide by 42 feet long. There was a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a roll in shower, and a craft room at the back. There were two windows that had to be moved. And I added three windows that the crew found that were very close to what we had in the cabin. They made an entrance to the new space from the porch in the front and a door to the outside from the craft room. The craft room connects to the cabin pantry/laundry room. They went above and beyond creating shelving inside and a new porch at the back for the ramp to attach to. Mark has a natural ability to see exactly how the structure should be built. I admire his ability to not get bogged down in a mistake and instead to turn that into an advantage. I want everyone to know that waiting till Mark can do your project is well worth it. <br /> For some reason when I reviewed my report their is an added category line. It says the category is " Windows". That would be wrong. The category is "additions"."

FAQs for new windows service projects in Jesup, GA

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
