He came to my home & advised me what kind of generator I needed, gave me a quote (which I thought was very reasonable), ordered it & had it delivered to my home. Once delivered, he & his crew installed & tested it to make sure it operated correctly. They cleaned up after themselves, took away all debris. "Our tech was very polite and determined to find out the cause of our problem.  The units are only 3 years old.  The dealer/company that installed the units had been hard to deal with from the start.  Never calling to schedule maintenance as promised and every time we called to ask about the units was rude... he would eventually come out to check, say nothing was wrong... (as I witnessed him continually pumping freon into the unit).  It took several visits as the new tech from coastal researched the problem.  He succeeded.  We are thrilled.  If you have a Braun unit and need service, these are the guys to call!.
