Next the owner Jason came out who was also friendly and actually saved us money by not getting a custom door which also meant it would arrive by 4th of July. I called a week after the 4th to inquire if it has arrived and spoke with Susan the owners wife. Wow extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told she has to 18 jobs to schedule before mine and that she was actually scheduling orders that were taken in Jan. It’s July now!!!! So it’s safe to say it’s gonna be a couple months till install. After they got our deposit all customer service went out the window. I wish we could get our money back and work with a reputable company."
