"Drew Carter in the best of the best! I needed the condensation pump (that is attached to my heat pump) replaced. He pointed out that the old pump was an incorrect pump type, and he picked up the proper pump that was needed. He also replaced a bad breaker on the outside of my heat pump cabinet. He is fast, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I have used him twice, and I won't call anyone else for my heating/cooling repair or service needs!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
