"They made the appointment for the estimate the day after I called. They were prompt and were able to present me with the estimate and several brochures for different door options. We initially opted for a door with glass inserts but had to wait for our contractor to finish some framing work in the garage to set a date. I called them a week later to let them know we decided to go with no windows which they indicated wasn't a problem and adjusted the estimate accordingly. The contractor removed the old garage door to complete the framing and Ace set up to install the new door the day after. They were prompt and worked quickly installing the new door and tracks, removing the old garage door opener and installing the new one with new remotes and a new door keypad. I left them at the house while I worked. They called me as they were finishing up so I could meet them to review. They went over everything with me and were on their way in about 15 minutes after I arrived. They cleaned up nicely after themselves and hauled the old door and parts away. Excellent service. I really can't stress how positive this experience was. I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to anyone needing their services."

"Great! Products are first rate. Brat insulates doors. They seal tightly. Openers are so quiet you may not notice when one of us comes in. Expert installation. No problems since installed. The representative took the time to listen to what we wanted done. Other companies showed up, were prepared to patch up what we had but didn't really listen when we told them we were unhappy with our existing system. Overhead Door has been in business foe quite some time and I expect them to be so for as long as I will have to worry about garage doors! I would not hesitate to do business with them again. <br />"

"They were very prompt on initial call. Came out to inspect old doors and brought samples to match almond color of older trim. Scheduled work at our convenience. Showed up on time and completed installation within 4 1/2 hours. Doors look great and operate so much quieter than old doors. Asked if we wanted to keep any panels (for replacement parts of 2 other doors in basement). Removed locking mechanisms from old doors at our request to use as replacements with 2 other doors in basement. Cleaned everything up and even swept out nasty garage. Hauled old panels away. Wish we had had it done much earlier. Great work. Thanks! <br />"

"Installation was fine.  Getting them here was the issue.  First called and was told by a lady in the office when they would be out.  They never showed because she had forgotten to put it on the schedule.  They did show when I called again.  Did not have the part on the truck, so appointment scheduled for a morning.  They never showed.  Finally called late in the afternoon, and the repair guy said the lady in the office had sent them to another town for morning calls!  She needs to quit before she puts them out of business.  We have used them in the past and NEVER had any issues whatsoever.  Very dissatisfied with them now. <br />"

"Took less than a week to order the door and get it installed. Did great work. Showed up on time and took the time to do the job right. I wanted to keep the old door for a friend to build a garage and he was gentle with the old unit. <br />"
