One Sunday I looked on HomeAdvisor and picked the first company I saw listed and haven't regretted it! I messaged Aqua Shoppe Pool and Spa and within minutes Nick responded! I needed a vinyl liner and had a leak. That same Sunday Nick dropped off the sample book. That week Nick and Allen showed up checked everything out and came to the conclusion that I was losing water from the old liner. When the liner arrived they didn't mess around. Nick, Allen and 4 other gentlemen showed up installed the liner in not the best of weather. Nick and Allen are very knowledgeable, professional and kind! Nick kept in contact with me during the whole process and arrived when he said they would arrive- which never happens from other companies. I am extremely pleased with Aqua Shoppe Pool and Spa! "One contractor tried to convince me to replace the entire walkway ( at over the double this price) but I saw no reason for that extensive work to be done. Ron gave me the best bid and explained to me in detail what he would be doing. We agreed on the price and Ron gave me a completion date. We have had a tremendous amount of rain which slowed things down plus the city of Hilliard was being a complete set of jerks on what they were going to require for the replacement and gave Ron quite a runaround. Ron convinced them that what they wanted was not in the scope of the neighborhood and they finally agreed to the replacement request that I had asked Ron to complete. (My advice, warn your contractor in advance of what complete jerks the city of Hilliard is in obtaining permits and be ready to have a hassle).  The work was completed and totally met my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Ron and his company for both their very competitive pricing and excellent quality of work."

"Jim and his guys definitely knew their stuff. Upon arriving, they finished draining the pool and had the old liner off within 45 minutes. They raked and wet the sand so we would have a smooth bottom and recommended replacing the plastic parts that hold the liner in place since they were brittle. Our pool liner looks great and I recommend having a pro do it rather than trying it yourself. The cost is worth it for the time saved and knowing it is done right."
