After contacting them through their website, I was contacted the next day to set an appointment for an estimate. They worked with my schedule and I met with Brian within 5 days. I explained to Brian my problem and they developed a plan to solve it . I had an proposal in 3 days. After I sent my down payment and they put me on their schedule, Shannon their office manager contacted me every Friday to keep me updated that they were still coming on that date. "very very upset with the professionalism of this business, I have had an issue with a rental in the area and made 3 calls to this business with no return call. finally, after getting ahold of someone, they were short and not very pleasant to speak with and only to be told that they probably won't be able to do the work. I will say that I tried multiple times to contact as they have done work for me in the past and until now thought they were an ok company to deal with but after this experience I will definitely be making their account inactive with my company."
