"They did an "Outstanding job" at a fair price. Stop looking--call these guys now! I called them to fix a bathroom drain, a leaking pipe in the crawl space, and install a broken water spicket at the barn. A day after they installed the barn spicket, water started leaking from that area. I called them thinking it was a bad install and they were back the next day. That wasn't the case, unfortunately this was a different problem, last winter the pipe froze and busted, the PVC pipe under the ground was leaking! He provided 3 different solutions with different price points, I chose the most economical in hopes that it would solve the problem. He fixed it, then called me the next day to see if the pvc pipe sprung another leak, this time, fortunately no leaking pipes. What's awesome about these guys is that he didn't charge me for fixing the leaking pvc pipe under ground or for coming out again. I think he "Passed it Forward" He did me the favor of fixing it at no cost!! They are awesome professionals you can count on! Select Now!!"

"Pros: He came out the next day as promised and located the water line leak. He dug down and exposed the leak and the tree root causing it. He cut the root away from the line and turned out water off to save us water and money. All done professionally and cordially. Cons: He arrived very late in the afternoon and didn’t have the right size pipe (1 in diameter) to make the repair so I had to have another repairman come out the next day and finish the job."

"I have been a satisfied customer of Moncrief for 20+ years and have an annual service contract.
I called Moncrief to check on a zoned unit that was not blowing cool air.  When the tech arrived, he checked all of my units and found that not one, but two units were iced up.  The units had to be turned off so the ice could thaw before they could be checked.  The tech told me there was nothing he could do until the next day. 
Moncrief arrived the next day to service the two units that were not cooling.  Found units leaking freon, charged them both for about $230. What a relief!  Now I have time to decide about replacement or to see if the units make it through the summer.  Absolutely no pressure to immediately change out equipment, etc.  I asked about SEER ratings and was given some excellent advice as to what was needed for my particular home.  I'm hoping Moncrief's equipment prices will be in line with other suppliers when the time comes to upgrade my equipment.
