"Our neighbor used Apex several years ago so when it became time for us to replace our windows due to wood rot and just being 28 years old, we called them for a quote. We had 29 windows to replace. Our salesman, Dylan Lewis (770-789-5455) was very informative, professional, and not pushy. We had talked with several other companies but went with Apex based on Dylan and our neighbor's recommendation. Once the windows arrived, installation took only one day. The installers were great and everything went very smoothly. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up all the debris, etc. We are very happy with our new windows!"

"Our only regret is not replacing our windows years ago. ? Pinnacle is a top notch company. No high pressure sales pitch. Either you want new windows or you don’t. Received windows in timeframe given at the onset. Installation crew did an excellent job. Very professional and courteous. No mess afterwards either which was wonderful. Love the new windows!! Highly recommend Pinnacle."

"replaced 11 windows in total. only took them one day. Only issue that came up was on the day of installation we were informed that one window had grids (didn't match the others) - we were told that they would still replace the windows and follow up when the correct style was in stock to fix the window. 8 days after the installation, I got a call saying the window without grids was in stock - had it installed the following day in less than 5 minutes. Could not have been happier dealing with North GA Windows."

"I contacted Zen Windows and was put in touch with the owner, Scott. He gave me very competitive pricing to replace all of the windows in the house. Scott is a ZERO sales pressure kind of guy which is refreshing, I prefer to talk about the details of the project and how their product will meet my requirements. Scott delivered just that, although I did not pull the metaphorical trigger due to some unforeseen expenses that came up, I will definitely be in touch with Zen Windows next year around tax season. <br />"

"I asked for custom window grills and they did it no problem. Very good price. They arrived on time and finished on time. I had one window with a backward latch that I didn't notice for about a month and they came out within a few days to get it repaired."

"We meet Alan at a trade show in Jonesboro. He took our information and called us within 2 weeks to schedule an appointment to look at the house. We originally were looking only at replacing the siding but Alan's price on windows and the quality of the install helped us decide to replace eleven of our windows. We also asked Alan to provide a quote to paint the rest of the house and a shed. Alan and Chad (painter) did outstanding work. We received compliments from our neighbors. <br />"

"They were fabulous and terrific all the way around. They got everything ordered and installed quickly. They were apologetic when the 1 custom window took a while to be made from the manufacturer, but once the window arrived, they had it installed in about 2 hours. Their window quality are great, the windows are energy efficient and we can tell a big difference."

"This was a good experience.   They came out originally and took measurements and gave us a quote.  Since they were one of the first window people to come out we did not make a decision right away.  We had 4 different companies come out and give us bids.  We chose Window World because of price, warranty and customer service. <br /> When we decided to use them, they came back out to double check their measurements, just to make sure that all the measurements were correct. <br /> Our condo association was also having the all the siding replaced on our unit, so after the windows were made they had to store the windows and wait for the siding to be completed.  They were incredibly patient during this time.  About once every 2 to 3 weeks they would call and ask if I was ready and as soon as the siding was completed, we made an appointment for the window installation. <br /> The workers arrived on time and installed all 18 windows in one day.  They had to come back the next day to do the finishing work, but that was all done outside so we did not have to be home. <br /> Overall it was a very pleasant experience.  We love how our new windows look, and now we actually have windows that work and will open.  Our condo is much warmer inside, we were replacing the original windows that had been installed in 1974 when the condo was built. <br /> I would recommend anyone to use Window World <br /> <br />"

FAQs for new windows service projects in Jonesboro, GA

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
