"Gary McKinney came to give an estimate the day after I called, was very helpful and professional. His bid was less than half that of the first company I contacted. He was there three days later to dig up and replace the colapsed line. If it weren't for the line of dirt down my yard where grass had once been, I never would have known he was there (I was at work when he repaired the line). "We called Martin's Plumbing to put a new faucet on our kitchen sink. They showed up when they said they would and put it on, even though they were trying to catch up on work because of cold weather.
We had a small leak under the sink for quite some time. Other plumbers said it was just the valve leaking and basically ignored it. When the Martin's were under the sink putting in the faucet they saw it and said the valve could be the problem and that it might be a crack in the plastic pipe leading up to the faucet. They replaced the valve and the pipe, no more leak.
They had to spend more time than they had planned to install the kitchen faucet because of the other issues under the sink.
Their plumbing skills, friendly attitude and effort to communicate and describe what they are doing and any potential problem areas is extremely refreshing. We certainly intend to call them first for any additional services we might need and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

"We lost our sump pump, it was not functioning. Spring River Drain and Sewer actually answered their phone when I called. They showed up within a short time. They replaced the pump and reworked the piping to work more efficient. The field crew were very respectful, worked quickly and expressed great concern that the work should be done right and at a reasonable price. Repairman also suggested we add some support to long pipe runs to reduce opportunities for joint leaks during times when many people putting stress on the system. Relieved to have the problem fixed! Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
