"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"It’s been a while that I wanted to have a company that can come over and check the house for any problems that increased my monthly bills and to fix them at a normal price. I came across this company and I scheduled a meeting with Ezra and Charlie to come over and see/check. Ezra and Charlie checked the house for more than 2 hours and they found out that some of the windows were old and needed to be replaced with new ones. In addition to that, they recommended me to remove the water heater and to install a tankless system that will provide me with hot water only when I need and by having that, my bills will be reduced.The Quote that I got from him was good enough (to my opinion) and I retained them for the job. "Solar 360 did a very good job.  I was concerned how the panels would look on my home since they would be on the front side of my house due to its southern exposure. Upon installation, I was very pleased with the overall look of the mono black Solorworld panels on my grey-toned presidential roof. Additionally, I was pleased with the configuration, installation and fit/finish of the necessary electrical boxes and inverts installed onto the side of the house.  I have looked at several other Solar installations in my general area and definitely believe the installation on my house is the cleanest and most professional looking.  The only hitches that occurred during the whole process was the scheduling of city inspections which took a bit longer than anticipated due to the backlog of pending inspections at the city.  Solar 360 kept me fully informed as to the inspection schedules and worked closely with the city to assure the necessary inspections remained in their proper queue position with the city.  The system was commissioned on April 7th 2015 and is producing energy at or, above the predicted levels.  In the 1st month the system actually produced more energy than used which resulted in a small credit on my electric bill."
