In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. "We contacted this technician based on the positive reviews. He was responsive and came to inspect our dryer, which had suddenly stopped working and was making a humming sound. After his visit, we purchased the recommended parts and paid him $265. He assured us that everything was fixed and in good working order. However, once we ran the dryer, it emitted a burning smell and failed to dry clothes, even though it was running. We reached out to him again, and he agreed to take another look. This time, he said the motor assembly needed to be replaced and quoted an additional $400. He claimed that the replacement pulley caused the motor to fail due to a bent vent behind the dryer that restricted airflow, leading to damage of greased parts. While I understand that external issues like poor ventilation can cause stress on dryer components, I’m disappointed this wasn’t identified during the initial visit. A thorough inspection should have revealed the vent issue before we spent money on parts and repairs. At this point, I’m not sure if the initial repair helped or made things worse. Based on this experience, I would not recommend his appliance repair services. Don’t call them for any repairs"
