"He was hired because the door was dragging and was too small for the frame, allowing in bugs and debris. He said he'd cut the new door to the exact measurement of the door frame. He did not even measure the door frame. He measured the "too-small" door, and cut the new door to fit that. When I mentioned it, he did not say "Oh, you're right! Go get another door, I'll pay for it and recut it properly." No, he said "Well, it'll swell in the Summer and you can fill it in with weather stripping." If I wanted to do that, I could've saved $260 and a day off work, and just cut the drag off my old door and filled it with weather stripping. I'm going to have to buy another uncut door and pay another handyman to do the same job again. I'm so upset, I'm crying, but there's nothing else to do but that...just pay another to fix it."
