He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "The old windows in our condo in Hawaii were rusted and broken and while we were there we contacted Mid-Pac about replacing them with vinyl windows. Once the windows were ordered we worked together on a time plan for installation as there are renters there for part of the year. They kept in great contact with us so the install could go smooth. We were also provided with photos of the project as we are on the mainland. Our maintenance person on the island also checked on the work and verified that it looked awesome! We are very happy with the results and will be there soon to see the new windows. We wish we would have known about Mid-Pac when we had the kitchen remodeled, we did that through Lowes and it was a disaster. When we need any construction done in the future we will definitely use the Mid-Pac services, you can count on that."
