They dug  a trench to the sump pump, removed the standing water that had not been allowed to drain properly in the most efficient way, and replaced the inadequate sump pump with one that will do the job correctly. They brought enough of a crew to complete the job in half a day which we also appreciated.  They also filled a few cracks in the foundation walls to prevent any future leaks. "StayDry is a very experienced and ethical company. They have successfully repaired two leaks in our basement with their injection process. They were very professional and responsive to our needs. They also stand behind their work. I also wanted a full basement assessment thinking I had larger issues than the two leaks that we had so far. Dave, the owner, came out to do a professional inspection. I was ready to spend some money to solve my issues. However, he was very honest and said I donâ t think you have a basement issue. He did point out some air flow issues, which led to the drafts in my basement. I was thinking the air was coming from my basement walls and needed to be seal but he suggested better insulation and told me how to do it myself even though itâ s a service they offer. He was willing to do the work but his primary goal was to get the job done correctly at the most affordable price to me. He really wants the best outcome for his customers even if that means he is not making money. He truly understands the concept of a long-term relationship rather than making a quick sell. Dave and his company are amazing. If you have a water leaking issue, he will take care of it. If you donâ t have an issue, he will be very upfront and honest with you. "They worked hard and got the job finished ahead of schedule. It was so loud, there were several men here for four days, our yard beside the house was completely destroyed but that was totally necessary to complete the job. They consulted with us about changes and progress. The only thing we were not pleased about was they left empty pop bottles in the yard but, perhaps, they meant to clean them all up on the last day. We cleaned them up each day."
